Meridian Yoga: Opening the Energetic Pathways
"Our health is dependent on the free flow of chi/prana (life force) in our mind, body, and soul."

Meridian Yoga works to systematically activate and balance energy in the fourteen major meridians-- or energy pathways-- of Oriental medicine fostering physical health and ease of motion, mental peace and joy, and a feeling of connection with the creative infinite. Meridian Yoga includes poses and partner assists to open and balance each of the 14 meridians, improving the health and functioning of the associated organs; PNF/Resistance Stretching, a modern stretching method, scientifically proven to be the most efficient and safest way to elongate muscles and increase range of motion; Shiatsu techniques (work with acupuncture meridians using finger pressure) that complement the partner-assisted stretches, increasing the circulation of chi energy; and breathing exercises (pranayama) to contact and activate prana.

Kali Ray Tri Yoga: The Art of YogaFlow
"How can we become still? ........ By moving with the stream. And how can we become strong? ........ By entering the flow."        from the Tao te Ching, an ancient Chinese text

Kali Ray TriYoga, founded by master yogini Kali Ray (pictured here with Daniel), is truly a journey "into the flow". It is an elegant, creative and powerful hatha/vinyasa yoga that unites flowing and sustained asanas with a rhythmic breath and a meditative mind, taking the practitioner from warm-up to workout to deep relaxation in one session. The flow of energy that is enhanced through TriYoga is the flow of life itself, connecting the self to to stillness, to strength, and to self's true nature which is pure presence in the here and now.

Kundalini Yoga: The Power of the Breath
"Between you and God, between you the creation and the Creator, there is only one link, and that is the breath of life."        Yogi Bhajan

Pranayama is the control and expansion of life energy through various yogic breathing practices and inner locks. Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, combines a strong pranayama practice with movements, asanas, deep relaxation and chanting meditations to awaken a great power within us, known as kundalini energy. From these practices you will experience physical rejuvenation, mental clarity, and a radiant spirit.

Yoga of Energy Flow
"We need the free flow of energy so that we can handle our life when it is challenged."        Yogi Bhajan

Combining powerful breath work, meditative flowing yoga and stretching that unites yoga and Shiatsu, this is an unique yoga experience that will transform your practice.
